Chinyere Okogeri is a corporate associate at Sullivan & Worcester LLP where she represents a diverse base of public and private clients, including real estate investment trusts (REITs) and major financial institutions. She handles various corporate and securities matters and secured and unsecured financing transactions. Her practice involves representing public companies in securities law compliance, disclosure and periodic reporting, equity and debt financings, and general corporate organization and governance matters.

Chinyere holds a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Colgate University and a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
