Jasmine Brown


Treasurer

Jasmine Brown is a litigation associate at Foley Hoag LLP. She represents and provides solutions for clients in the life sciences, healthcare, technology, and education industries across a broad spectrum of matters. Her practice includes trade secrets disputes, white collar crime, government and internal investigations, and complex business disputes. Jasmine also advises clients on corporate social responsibility matters, including matters involving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).  Prior to joining the firm, she completed a judicial clerkship at the Supreme Judicial Court with the Honorable Chief Justice Kimberly S. Budd. In 2024, she was named to The National Black Lawyers’ Top 40 under 40 list for Massachusetts and was named as one of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for 2026.

  Jasmine maintains an active pro-bono practice, focusing on areas of racial justice and equity, civil rights and discrimination, education, veterans’ benefits, and housing. In 2023, Jasmine was awarded the Leadership in Pro-Bono award by the Lawyers for Civil Rights and the President’s Award by the Boston Bar Association for her work on the Martha’s Vineyard Migrant case.

In her free time, Jasmine enjoys reading, traveling, visiting with her family, and playing with her Mini Schnauzer.

Jasmine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wake Forest University and is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law.
