Attorney Nicole Bluefort is an experienced trial attorney who leads a Massachusetts law firm with offices in Lynn and the Seaport in Boston. The Law Offices of Nicole Bluefort focus on family law, criminal defense, probate, and general litigation and Attorney Bluefort is known for aggressively representing her clients. Her education is extensive and impressive; she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Hispanic Studies from Boston College, a Master’s in Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine and a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Attorney Bluefort had the opportunity to complete a two-year term as a judicial clerk under the tutelage of Judge Frederick Brown, the first African American judge to be appointed to the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

Her list of achievements include being appointed to North Shore Community College’s Board of Trustees by former Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker, winning the Greater Lynn Chamber of Commerce’s Business Woman of the Year 2019, the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Top Women of Law 2018 award, being named the National Bar Association’s Top 40 Under 40 - Nation’s Best Advocates 2018, winning The Network Journal’s “40 Under Forty Achievers” 2018 Award, the President’s Marathon Challenge Award for Community-Based Research, Denise Carty-Bennia Memorial Bar Award and was also named Woman of the Week for Boston’s 97.7 FM. Attorney Bluefort’s face is easily recognizable, as you can find her featured on billboards throughout Boston and Massachusetts’ North Shore. She’s also provided her expertise on various legal issues in the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, and has appeared on major networks such as CNN, ESPN, and FOX. In January 2024 Attorney Bluefort celebrated a monumental victory by securing a $2.75 million dollar judgment by jury in favor of a client she represented in a real estate fraud case.

While it’s clear Attorney Bluefort is a stellar lawyer, she’s also an accomplished speaker, a philanthropist and active community leader. She's had the opportunity to guest speak at Northeastern University's Business School, the Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association and the Massachusetts Black Women Attorneys. In the recent past, she held the role as Adjunct Professor at North Shore Community College where she taught Civil Litigation, Legal Research, and Field Placement. Currently, Attorney Bluefort is a corporate partner of the Healing Abuse Working for Change (HAWC), a leading domestic violence agency that serves over 2.500 families in Boston’s North Shore. With HAWC, Attorney Bluefort adds value to the organization through speaking engagements and participating on their Advisory Council. Her current professional associations include being a member of the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association, Massachusetts Black Women Attorneys and the Boston Business Women organization. Attorney Bluefort is a woman on the rise and continues to be a trailblazer in her own right.
