Nolan Sheehan Patten LLP seeks an attorney with 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions to join our committed team of professionals whose work focuses on complex real estate transactions using the federal low-income housing tax credit, new markets tax credit and the historic rehabilitation tax credit. The ideal candidate will have relevant transactional real estate experience and a demonstrated interest in affordable housing and community development. Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills required. Massachusetts Bar admission is preferred.
